What if the lab calls for shade information?
If ROE calls your office regarding shade information, it means the shade was missing or unclear on the prescription and we need clarification before proceeding with your case. Providing shade information promptly helps avoid delays in production.
When returning our call, please provide the complete shade notation, for example, A3, B1, or A3.5. Our team will add the shade to your case notes and release the case from hold so production can resume.
If you miss our call, you are welcome to call us back at your earliest convenience with the shade information. The sooner we receive the shade, the sooner your case can move forward. Please have the patient name ready when you call so we can quickly locate the case in our system.
