What if the doctor needs to double-check before finalizing the shade?

If the doctor needs additional time to verify or reconsider the shade selection before the case proceeds, you can request that the case be placed on temporary hold. Call our laboratory and let us know, "Don't move forward just yet with the shade."

We will hold the case until you call back, typically within thirty minutes to an hour, to confirm the final shade selection. Once the shade is confirmed, we will release the case from hold and proceed with production using the specified shade.

This brief hold allows time for the doctor to double-check records, consult with the patient, or verify against photos without risking that the wrong shade is used in the final restoration.
