What if my online portal account is locked?
Portal accounts can become locked after too many failed password attempts. If you find yourself locked out, call our team and we will unlock your account and send a password reset email.
As a temporary solution, we may set both your username and password to the same value—for example, both set to "MarcusDental"—to allow you immediate access. Once you successfully log in with these temporary credentials, please change your password to a secure value of your choosing.
The reset email typically arrives within just a few minutes. However, in some cases, it may take until the end of the day or the next day for the system to fully update and restore your access.
