What if my online account exists but the username was never set up?
In some cases, a portal account may exist in our system, but the username was never fully configured - this is common with older accounts that were created but never completed the registration process.
If this is your situation, our team can send you a re-registration email containing a blue link. Clicking this link will allow you to create your username and password and complete the portal account setup. This essentially activates your account so you can begin using the portal.
If you believe you have an account that was never fully activated, please call us and we will investigate and send the appropriate registration email to get you set up.
