What if my case was sent to the wrong lab?
If you believe a case may have been sent to the wrong laboratory, you can contact ROE Dental Laboratory to verify whether we received it. If we do not have the case in our system, it may have been sent to a different laboratory, such as Dental Ceramics or another facility your practice uses.
If a case was sent to us in error and belongs to another laboratory, we can return it to your office so you can redirect it appropriately. Please provide the patient name and case details when you call so we can search our records and confirm whether the case is in our possession.
