What if my case is on hold because "doctor wanted call"?

If your case has been placed on hold with a note indicating "doctor wanted call," this typically means that our team interpreted instructions on your prescription (RX) as a request to contact you before proceeding. This hold ensures we honor any communication preferences indicated on your case submission.

When you see this hold status, please call our laboratory to discuss the case. In many situations, the note may have been informational rather than a request to halt production.

If you confirm that the case can proceed as submitted, our team will release it from hold immediately, and work will resume without further delay.

This type of hold is common when prescription notes are open to interpretation, and a quick phone call is usually all that is needed to clarify your intentions and get your case back on track.
