What if I'm sending both a digital scan AND physical models for a remake?

If your remake case requires both a digital scan and physical models, please call our laboratory to explain the situation so we can properly coordinate both submissions. Let us know that the case is coming both digitally and physically.

Submit your digital scan through your scanner system (such as iTero, DEXIS, or another platform) and mail or arrange for pickup of the physical models and case. Our laboratory will use the physical models you send rather than printing new ones from the scan, which is often preferable when the original models are needed for the remake.

To help our team track both components, include a note on the scan submission indicating that physical materials are also being sent, and include a note with the physical records indicating that a digital scan was submitted. This ensures both elements are connected in our system and processed together.
