What if I sent a scan labeled as maxillary but it should be mandibular?

If you submitted a scan with the incorrect arch designation, for example, labeled as maxillary when it should be mandibular, please call our laboratory as soon as possible to correct the information before fabrication begins.

When you call, provide the patient's name and doctor's name, and explain the correction needed. Our team will update the case notes to reflect the correct arch, ensuring the restoration is fabricated for the appropriate location. Catching this error early prevents delays and ensures your case is completed correctly the first time.
