What if I sent a case without the patient's name?

If you realize after sending a case that you forgot to include the patient's name, please call our laboratory before the case arrives. Provide the patient's name, the doctor's name, and a description of what is in the box so we can note that the case is incoming without identification.

When the case arrives, our team will match it to your call and add the patient's name to the records. If you will be out of the office when the case arrives, you can provide a cell phone number for our team to call if any questions arise during the matching process.

Proactive communication helps ensure your case is processed without delays, even when identification information is missing from the physical submission.
