What if I returned a loaned implant driver but it's not reflected on my account?

If you returned a loaned implant driver and the return is not yet showing on your account, please call our laboratory with the patient's name associated with the case. Explain when and how the driver was returned, for example, if it was returned during a custom shade appointment or sent back with a case.

Our team will check with the technician team to locate the returned driver and verify its receipt. Once the driver is confirmed as returned, we will update your account accordingly. To help expedite this process, please document when and how the driver was returned so you can provide these details when you call.
