What if I received duplicate cases by mistake?
If you received two identical restorations by mistake, such as two crowns for the same tooth on the same model, please send the duplicate back to our laboratory for credit. On the prescription or a note included with the return, write "credit - case already fabricated" to indicate the reason for the return.
Keep the correct case that has the correct patient name and information for your use. Once we receive the duplicate, our team will issue a credit to your account for the extra item.
This situation sometimes occurs when there is confusion between the doctor's name and the patient's name on a case. If you notice this issue, returning the duplicate promptly helps ensure your account is credited appropriately.
