What if I never received my online portal registration email after onboarding?
If you completed the onboarding process but never received your portal registration email, please call our team so we can verify that your account was created in our system. Once confirmed, we can re-send the registration email to you.
The registration email will contain a message indicating that your account has been created, along with a blue link to click to complete your registration. Clicking this link will take you through the process of setting up your username and password.
If you still do not see the email after we re-send it, please check the email address that was used during your initial setup—this may be a campus email, office email, or other address provided during onboarding. Also check your spam or junk folder in case the message was filtered.
