What if I need to retake an impression for a remake?

If a remake requires a new impression to resolve a fit or communication issue, please call our laboratory to update the case notes. Let us know that you are retaking the impression and will be sending it back with the original case.

When you ship the original case back to the laboratory, include the new impression with it. Our team will update the case notes to reflect that the new impression is coming, and production will proceed based on the new impression once everything is received.

This process helps ensure that any issues with the original case are resolved and the remake meets your expectations.
