What if I need to put a case on hold pending doctor approval?

If a case requires doctor approval before proceeding, you can request that we place it on hold. Simply call our laboratory with the patient's name and let us know you need the case held pending approval.

Our team will place the case on hold until you call back with further instructions. We recommend following up the next day to either cancel the case or authorize it to proceed. Please note that once a case is live in production, doctor approval may be required to cancel, as work has already begun.

This hold option is helpful when you need time to consult with the prescribing doctor or confirm treatment details before fabrication begins.
