What if I need to change the email on my online portal account?

If you need to change the email address associated with your portal account, for example, if the old email is no longer in use, please call our team to request the update. Let us know the current email on file (if known) and provide the new email address you would like to use.

We will update the email in our system and send a password reset to your new email address so you can access your account. Please note that it may take some time for the system to fully update after the change is made. If you do not receive the reset email promptly, please allow a brief waiting period before contacting us for additional assistance.
