What if I need to change the doctor on a case I just submitted?
If you realize that a case was submitted under the wrong doctor's name, please call our laboratory immediately after submission. The sooner you notify us, the easier it is to make the correction before processing begins.
When you call, please provide the patient's name, the type of case submitted, the incorrect doctor's name currently on the case, and the correct doctor's name that should be assigned.
For example, you might say, "I just submitted a case under Dr. Warren, but it should be under Dr. Schwinn." Our team will promptly update the case information to reflect the correct doctor before the case enters production.
Taking immediate action ensures accurate billing, proper case tracking, and correct delivery routing for your practice.
