What if I lost the email link for my virtual meeting?

If you have misplaced or cannot locate the email containing your virtual meeting link, there is no need to worry as our team can quickly resend it to you. Simply call the laboratory and provide the patient name associated with the meeting so we can locate your appointment in our system.

Once we verify your scheduled meeting, we will immediately resend the meeting link to your email address. Please have your email address ready to confirm where you would like the link delivered. For example, if you call and say, "I have a meeting with Dr. Lillian in 30 minutes," we will locate that appointment and email the link to you right away so you can join on time.

We recommend contacting us as soon as you realize the link is missing to ensure you have adequate time to receive and access the email before your meeting begins.
