What if I have an invoice dispute on charges?

If you have questions or concerns about charges appearing on your invoice, ROE is here to help you understand and resolve any discrepancies. We want to ensure that all billing is accurate and transparent.

To address an invoice dispute, please call the laboratory and ask to speak with your technical representative. Your representative can discuss the specific charges in question (whether related to framework, teeth, processing, or other services) and provide a detailed explanation of how those charges were determined.

George, available at extension 304, handles technical accounts and can assist with billing inquiries.

If, after reviewing the charges, it is determined that an adjustment is warranted, your technical supervisor has the authority to review the case and make appropriate credits or corrections to your account. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand your invoice and that all charges accurately reflect the work performed.
