What if I have a complaint about a case not arriving on time?
We take delivery concerns seriously and want to address any issues you experience with case timing. If a case did not arrive when expected, please contact our laboratory so we can investigate the situation and document your feedback.
Our team will note the complaint on the case record and investigate the tracking information to determine what occurred. In some instances, overnight shipping may not have been processed correctly, or other factors may have contributed to the delay. We document these issues for quality improvement purposes to help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
