What if I forgot to include something on the RX after the scan was sent?
If you realize after submitting a digital scan that you forgot to include important information on the prescription—such as requesting a wax rim with a metal framework—please call our laboratory to add the note to the case.
Provide the patient name, doctor name, and the additional instructions you need to include. Our team will add the note to the case before production begins, so there is no need to resend the scan. Please also confirm which scanner system you used so we can easily locate the case in our records.
Addressing missing information promptly ensures your case is completed according to your full specifications.
