What if I expected a technician callback but didn't get one?
If you were anticipating a callback from one of our technicians but have not yet received one, we encourage you to call the laboratory to check on your case status. There are several reasons why a callback may not have occurred, and our team can quickly clarify the situation for you.
In some instances, the issue that prompted the expected callback may have already been resolved, and your case is now live in production. Technician notes may be documented in our system indicating the resolution, even if an outbound call was not made.
Our general practice is that a technician will call if there is an outstanding issue that requires your input If your case is progressing normally, it may mean no call was necessary.
By contacting us, we can confirm whether your case is proceeding as planned, review any notes in the system, and connect you with a technician if you still have questions or concerns that need to be addressed.
