If you do not know either your portal username or password, call our team and we will reset both credentials for you. As a temporary measure, we can set your username and password to the same value to make logging in easy.

For example, we might set both your username and password to "FIXLER" (note that the temporary credentials may be case-sensitive, so pay attention to capitalization). Once you successfully log in with these temporary credentials, we recommend changing your password to a more secure, personalized value that you will remember.
