What if I accidentally sent a case to ROE that should go elsewhere?
If you realize that a case was sent to ROE Dental Laboratory in error and should have been directed to a different laboratory, please call us immediately to cancel the case. Provide the patient's name and any relevant details so we can locate the case in our system.
If the case has not yet entered fabrication, we will cancel it, and no charges will be applied. The sooner you contact us after discovering the error, the more likely we can stop the case before any work begins. This allows you to redirect the case to the appropriate laboratory without incurring unnecessary costs.
