What if an occlusal guard remake sent through an old scan was missed?
If you submitted a remake request for an occlusal guard by adding notes to an old or already-accepted scan order, the request may not have triggered a notification in our system. Sending notes through previously completed orders does not always alert our team that new work is needed.
If you suspect your remake request was missed, please call our laboratory to confirm whether the remake was started. Provide the original scan date and patient name so we can locate the case. Our team may need to manually pull the case and place it into production. This verification step ensures your remake does not fall through the cracks and is processed promptly.
