What if a case shows "old" or "waiting approval" status?

If a case displays an "old" or "waiting approval" status, this typically indicates that the doctor needs to approve a design before production can continue. Some case types require doctor sign-off on the proposed design before fabrication proceeds.

If you have already provided approval but the status has not updated, please call our laboratory to confirm that your approval was received. Once we verify the approval, we will move the case into production and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Confirming approval promptly helps ensure your case proceeds without unnecessary delays.
