What if a case shows delivered but wasn't received?
If tracking information indicates that a case was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our laboratory so we can help locate the shipment. We can provide delivery proof, including the date, time, and the name of the person who signed for the package.
With this information, we recommend checking with your front desk staff or other team members who may have accepted the delivery. Additionally, verify that the delivery address on file is correct and check whether the package may have been delivered to a nearby building or suite by mistake.
