What if a case arrived at the lab with no patient name?

If a case arrives at our laboratory without a patient name on the lab slip or packaging, our team will call your office to identify the case. When we contact you, please be prepared to provide the patient's name and any relevant case details so we can properly label and process the case.

For example, if a repair partial arrives at ROE with no identifying information, we will reach out to confirm whose case it is before proceeding. Once we have the patient name, we will add it to the case and continue with production as planned.

To avoid delays, we recommend double-checking that all cases include the patient's name before sending them to the laboratory.
