What happens if I don't notify the lab after uploading?
If you upload files to an existing case through the portal but do not notify ROE, your case may remain on hold indefinitely. Our system does not automatically detect when new files are added to a case, so our team has no way of knowing that the requested information has been provided.
As a result, the case will continue waiting for the information we originally requested, and you may continue receiving automated hold notification emails even though you have already submitted the necessary files. This can lead to frustrating delays in production and delivery.
To avoid this situation, always follow up your portal upload with a phone call or email to info@roedentallab.com confirming that you have submitted the files. This simple step ensures your case is promptly released from hold and proceeds through production.
