What does "Shipped" status mean?

A "Shipped" status confirms that your case has completed production, passed quality control, and has officially left our laboratory facility. At this point, your case is in transit and on its way to your practice.

Once a case is marked as shipped, a tracking number becomes available so you can monitor its delivery progress. You can verify the current location and estimated delivery time by entering your tracking number at UPS.com. Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, but the tracking information will provide you with real-time updates on your package's journey.
