What does "Final QC" status mean?

When your case displays a "Final QC" status, this indicates that it has entered our final quality control inspection phase. At this stage, your case has completed all production steps and is being carefully reviewed by our quality assurance team to ensure it meets ROE Dental Laboratory's high standards before leaving our facility.

If your case passes inspection on the same day it enters Final QC, it will ship that day. However, we recommend scheduling your patient appointment with some flexibility to accommodate any timing variations that may occur during this final review process. For example, a case that enters Final QC on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday if additional review time is needed or if the inspection is completed after shipping cutoff times.

This status is a positive indicator that your case is nearly complete and on track for delivery. If you have time-sensitive scheduling concerns, please contact our team to discuss the specific status of your case and expected ship date.
