What delivery services does the lab use?
ROE Dental Laboratory utilizes multiple delivery services to ensure your cases arrive safely and on time, regardless of your location or urgency requirements.
For standard shipments, we use UPS as our primary carrier. When rush or overnight delivery is required, we ship via FedEx to meet tight deadlines. For practices in our local and regional service areas, we offer additional delivery options including Clockwork local delivery service, Mercury Service for regional deliveries, Martin's Ferry local service, and Jamestown regional service.
For urgent same-day needs, we also have special drivers available who can accommodate time-sensitive deliveries when standard shipping options are not fast enough.
