What are the warranty, insurance codes, and how do I submit a case?

This article covers the administrative and logistical details for ordering and delivering a traditional denture from ROE.

Warranty

Traditional dentures carry a warranty of up to 2 years against denture base fracture. Refer to ROE's published Warranty Statement for full terms and conditions.

Insurance / ADA codes

The applicable complete- and immediate-denture codes are below.

Seating expectations

At delivery, check and adjust peripheries if needed, with only minimal occlusal adjustment until the denture settles in. Because the ESP technique verifies fit at both the bite and try-in appointments, the final seat is designed to be straightforward with little chairside correction.

Submitting a case, digital records

Step Action
1 Create or log in to your account at roedentallab.com/account. (Only create a new account if you have never worked with ROE; otherwise contact customer service for credentials.)
2 Select "New Case," complete the online form, and drag-and-drop files under "Documents." Zip large files or CBCT (.DCM) folders before uploading.
3 Optional: Send IOS files directly. ROE accepts files from all major brands. Search "ROE Dental Lab" in your scanner's portal, or export .STLs and upload to the ROE portal.

For best results with the online portal, ROE recommends the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox (Internet Explorer is not recommended).

Submitting a case, analog records

Step Action
1 Visit roedentallab.com/Rx, print and complete the Rx relevant to your case, and ship it with your case. (If sending physical models, always include a printed Rx.)
2 For free shipping, visit roedentallab.com/UPS, complete your information, and process the shipment.
3 Optional: Request free boxes/supplies at roedentallab.com/supplies. ROE ships within 48 to 72 hours.
