What are the specifications and material options for Bespoke?
Bespoke is an esthetic service tier, not a single material. You select the substrate on the Bespoke Rx, and ROE's artisans apply the Bespoke characterization process to it.
Esthetic customization options
These are the selectable categories that make up the Bespoke system.
| Category | Options available | What it controls |
|---|---|---|
| Tooth shape | 11 Bespoke smile models, plus limitless custom shapes | Cuspid character and incisal corner form |
| Base tooth shade | 19 VITA shades | The foundation color of the dentition |
| Shade intensity | 3 levels (Light, Medium, Pronounced) | Cervical, interproximal, and incisal pigmentation depth |
| Tooth texture | 3 levels (Light, Medium, Pronounced) | Mamelons, perikymata, and surface irregularity |
| Gingival hue | 6 hues | Tissue color across population types |
| Gingival texture | 3 levels (Light, Medium, Pronounced) | Stippling, root structure, frenum, cervical character |
The 19 base VITA shades available are: 0M1, 0M2, 0M3, A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1, C2, C3, C4, D2, D3, D4.
The 6 gingival hues are: Light pink, Medium pink, Deep pink, Light purple-pink, Medium purple-pink, Deep purple-pink.
Note on translucency: Translucency is not a checkbox on the Rx. ROE discusses tooth translucency with you during the online Bespoke meeting so it can be matched to the case rather than selected from a list.
Material options on the Bespoke Rx
| Rx material option | Core material | Prosthetic design | Esthetics / wear | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TLZ-IB Zirconia with Ti Bases | Full zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain, titanium cylinders | FP1 / FP2 / FP3 | 5 / 5 | The most widely applicable Bespoke substrate |
| TLZ-IB Zirconia without Ti Bases | Full zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain | FP1 / FP2 / FP3 | 5 / 5 | Nobel-compatible MUA only |
| NobelProcera Zirconia | DOCERAM Nacera Pearl Zirconia, MiYO liquid porcelain | FP1 / FP2 / FP3 | 5 / 5 | Nobel-compatible MUA only; no-coping design |
| G-CAM | Graphene-nanoreinforced biopolymer G-CAM disc on a milled fiber-composite or titanium bar | FP1 / FP2 / FP3 | 4 / 3 | Lighter and less abrasive than zirconia; not for heavy bruxers |
Vertical space and design requirements
Vertical space is the specification most likely to change your material decision, so confirm it early in planning.
| Specification | Zirconia options | G-CAM |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum vertical space | 10 mm | 15 mm |
| Implant compatibility | Works with all major implant systems | Works with all major implant systems |
| If space is short | Contact the Bespoke team to review alternatives before submitting | Zirconia generally required below 15 mm |
Bespoke Rx also captures bite class (I, II, or III), any tooth numbers to omit, and the gingival transition design. Transition design choices are Hygienic with Ridge Contact (upper or lower), Highwater / Open Ridge (upper or lower), and Maxillary Flange (upper). You may also instruct ROE to copy the try-in design exactly.
Turnaround
Bespoke is intentionally a longer process than a standard full-arch final because the restoration receives significantly more hand time at every stage and passes through multiple doctor approval checkpoints. Do not plan a Bespoke case against standard full-arch lab days. Use ROE's Case Delivery Calculator and confirm the schedule with your Bespoke technician during case discussion. Expedite service is available on the Rx and fees apply.
