What are ROE's standard lab turnaround times?

ROE Dental Laboratory is committed to providing efficient, high-quality service with clearly defined turnaround times to help you plan your patient appointments effectively. Please note that turnaround times represent the duration a case spends in our laboratory and do not include shipping time unless otherwise specified.

For acrylic repairs without metal components, you can expect a one-day turnaround, while acrylic partials with metal frame repairs require two days in the lab. If you need to add a tooth only, this can be completed in one day; however, adding a tooth with a clasp extends the turnaround to three days due to the additional fabrication requirements.

Metal framework cases typically require approximately one week or more, depending on complexity. For PFZ (Porcelain Fused to Zirconia) and PZ (Porcelain to Zirconia) crowns, please allow nine days in the lab, with an additional day required if models are needed.

Denture services vary based on the type of work. Ivotion dentures require approximately seven days in the lab. For Valplast cases, the try-in stage takes four days plus one day for model work, while the finish stage requires eight days. Rebase procedures take four days in lab, with a total turnaround of approximately one week including shipping. Val Plus partials are completed in four days.

Reline services offer flexible options to meet your scheduling needs. Same-day hard relines can be completed in six to six-and-a-half hours when dropped off early in the day. For standard hard reline service, cases picked up on Tuesday are typically returned by Friday.

MiniComfort cases require three days in the lab, and broken implant denture repairs can be completed in just one day.
