I uploaded files to an existing case - will the lab see them?
It is important to understand that when you upload files to an existing case through the portal, there is no automatic notification sent to ROE Dental Laboratory. Our system does not have an automatic flag that alerts our team when new files are added to a case that is already in our system.
For this reason, you must call or email the lab to notify us after uploading files to an existing case. When you contact us, let us know the patient's name and what was uploaded—for example, "I uploaded a new RX for John Smith, please proceed with the case."
If you do not notify us, the case may remain on hold indefinitely because our team has no way of knowing that the requested information has been provided. Taking the extra step to confirm your upload ensures your case moves forward without unnecessary delays.
