How does a shade-at-lab appointment work?

Patients can schedule a shade appointment at our laboratory by calling and pressing 6 to reach our scheduling department. Our team will provide the next available appointment date and offer available time slots, which typically range from 8:30 AM until 2:00 PM.

The shade appointment itself takes approximately thirty minutes. During this time, our technicians will carefully assess and document the patient's natural tooth shade to ensure the most accurate color match for their restoration.

It is important that patients have not undergone any bleaching treatments within the two weeks prior to their shade appointment, as recent whitening can temporarily alter tooth color and affect shade accuracy. After scheduling, the laboratory will provide phone confirmation of the appointment details.
