How do I update my auto-pay credit card if my card was compromised?

If your credit card was hacked or compromised and you need to update the card on file for auto-pay, call our billing department. Provide the last four digits of your old card so we can locate your account, then give us your new card number, expiration date, and billing zip code.

Our team will remove the old card from your account and update it with the new card information. You do not need to provide the security code for this update. Once the change is made, your auto-pay will continue as usual with the new card being charged going forward.
