How do I specify both gum and tooth shade when returning a call?

When your case requires both gum shade and tooth shade information—common with dentures, partials, and other appliances that include gingival components—you can provide both shades in a single call.

For the gum shade, you can specify "original" if you want us to use the standard pink shade, or provide a specific gum shade if a custom color is needed. For the tooth shade, use standard notation such as A2, B1, or C3.

For example, you might say, "Please use original for the gum shade and A2 for the teeth." Our team will note both shades on the case to ensure the finished appliance meets your specifications for both the teeth and gingival tissue.
