How do I schedule a virtual meeting with a ROE technician?

ROE offers virtual meeting consultations with our technicians to discuss complex cases, treatment planning, or any technical questions you may have. These meetings can be scheduled with specific technicians based on your case needs or previous working relationships or with your Technical Support Specialists. For example, you may request a meeting with Charles, Alina, or another member of our technical team. To schedule these virtual meeting, call us, and we setup the meeting with the appropriate person for you.  

Once your virtual meeting is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to join the meeting at the designated time. To participate, simply click the link at your scheduled time and use your computer's built-in microphone and camera. If your computer has a functioning microphone, there is no need for a separate phone call—the audio will transmit directly through the meeting platform.

Please be mindful of time zone differences when scheduling. For reference, 7:00 AM Pacific Time corresponds to 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Our team will confirm your meeting time in your local time zone to avoid any confusion.
