How do I return a surgical guide for a redo?
When returning a surgical guide that needs to be redone, please ensure the patient's name is clearly marked on the box or label. Include a prescription (RX), either the original or a new one, that explains what needs to be redone. You may also attach the case number if available.
The lab slip should specify exactly what corrections or adjustments are required. Our team will review the RX instructions and proceed with the redo based on your specifications. Clear documentation helps ensure we understand precisely what needs to be corrected and can complete the redo accurately.
