How do I return a restoration for credit?
When you receive a case from ROE, a lab slip is included that can be used to return the restoration for credit if needed. To initiate a return for credit, write "return for credit" on the slip and place it together with the original restoration in the box.
Be sure to include the patient information and reference the original invoice number on the slip so we can properly process the credit to your account. Once the package is ready, call our team to schedule a pickup or request a new shipping label to send the case back to us.
Our credit evaluation department will review the return and apply the appropriate credit to your account.
