How do I request an overnight shipping label?

To request an overnight shipping label, call our customer service team and provide your office phone number so we can access your account information. We will email the overnight label to the email address on file for your practice, typically within five minutes of your request.

If you have a rush case that requires overnight shipping, please let us know when you call so we can prioritize your request accordingly. You can also request an overnight label via email by including your practice name and email address, for example, "ABC Dental requesting overnight label to abcdental@gmail.com."

Having the overnight label emailed allows you to print it immediately and prepare your case for expedited shipment without delay.
