How do I request a tech consult for any of my on-hold cases?

If you have one or more cases on hold that require a technical consultation, you can request to speak directly with the technician handling your case. Simply call our laboratory and ask to speak with the specific technician, for example, Christine Henry, or request to speak with whoever is assigned to your case.

During a single consultation, you can discuss multiple cases that are on hold, making efficient use of your time. The technician will review any concerns, answer your questions, and work with you to resolve any issues preventing the case from moving forward. Once the consultation is complete and all questions have been addressed, the case will be released from hold and resume production.

If the technician you need is unavailable at the time of your call, they will return your call as soon as possible. Please leave your contact information and any relevant case details so the technician can review the information before calling you back.
