How do I order an Implant Crown and Bridge from ROE: turnaround, case submission, warranty, and ADA codes?

Ordering an Implant Crown and Bridge involves choosing your material, capturing and submitting records, and documenting the case with the correct insurance codes. ROE assigns every account a dedicated technical and case support team to guide case planning and quality-check each order before it leaves the lab.

Lab turnaround

Turnaround depends on the crown material rather than on a single implant-wide figure, because each material is fabricated on its own schedule. The table below lists the published lab-day ranges per material; build your delivery date around the material you select.

Crown material Lab days
zRc (Zirconia ROE Crown) 3–5
TLZ Zirconia with MiYO® 3–5
IPS e.max® Monolithic 3–5
Full Cast Metal 5
IPS e.max® Layered 7
PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) 9
PFZ (Porcelain Fused to Zirconia) 9

Submitting your case

Complete the Rx and submit through the ROE upload portal at https://www.roedentallab.com/upload.

For digital cases, submit scans through your IOS portal or export your .STLs and upload them; ROE accepts IOS files from all major brands, and you can search for ROE Dental Lab inside your scanner's portal.

For analog cases, send physical models and records, and include a printed Rx. New offices can create an account at https://www.roedentallab.com/account (only if you have never worked with ROE before; otherwise contact customer service for credentials).

Print Rx forms at https://www.roedentallab.com/Rx.

Generate free UPS shipping labels at https://www.roedentallab.com/UPS.

Request free supplies at https://www.roedentallab.com/supplies.

Warranty

Warranty also follows the chosen material, ranging from two years for most options to six years for TLZ Zirconia with MiYO. The full breakdown appears in the article on limitations, contraindications, and longevity.

ADA insurance codes

The codes below are the implant-supported and abutment-supported ADA codes ROE documents for these materials. Always confirm the specific code with the payer for the exact restoration and material.

Restoration type ADA codes
Implant- or abutment-supported porcelain/ceramic single crown D6058 (abutment-supported), D6065 (implant-supported)
Porcelain/ceramic bridge components D6740 (crown for a bridge), D6245 (pontic), D6068 (abutment-supported for a bridge), D6075 (implant-supported for a bridge)
Abutment-supported porcelain fused to metal D6059 (high noble), D6060 (base metal), D6061 (noble)
Implant-supported porcelain fused to metal D6066
Porcelain fused to titanium D6753

These codes apply across ROE's ceramic and PFM implant materials (zRc, TLZ, IPS e.max, PFZ, and PFM). For inlay and onlay or labial veneer coding on natural teeth, those codes (for example D2610–D2644 and D2962) fall outside the implant restoration scope.
