How do I confirm my auto-pay went through?
If you are unsure whether your auto-pay enrollment was completed successfully or want to verify that a recent auto-pay transaction was processed, simply call our billing department. Our team can confirm whether your auto-pay is active and whether your most recent payment was processed.
If everything is in order, we will let you know that your account is "all caught up," meaning your payment was successfully processed. You can also review your statement to see a record of what was paid.
This verification is helpful for practices that recently enrolled in auto-pay and want to confirm the setup is working correctly, or for those who want to ensure a payment went through as expected.
