How do I cancel overnight shipping if my patient rescheduled?

If your patient has rescheduled their appointment and you no longer need overnight shipping for their case, please call our laboratory to update the production and delivery schedule. Let us know that the patient cannot make the original appointment and that overnight shipping is no longer necessary.

By canceling the expedited shipping when it is no longer needed, you can save on shipping costs. If the rescheduled appointment provides more time, standard delivery will work just as well and be more cost-effective for your practice. Our team will update the delivery schedule accordingly and ensure the case arrives in time for the new appointment date.
