How do I cancel a case that was sent via scanner?

To cancel a case that was submitted through a digital scanner, please call our laboratory with the patient's name and the doctor's name. Additionally, specify which scanner system was used to submit the case, such as Sirec, iTero, Trios, or another platform. This information helps us locate the correct case in our system.

If the case is cancelled before production work begins, no charges will be applied. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after deciding to cancel to maximize the likelihood that work has not yet started.
