How do drivers handle closed offices?
When our delivery drivers arrive at an office that is unexpectedly closed, they follow a specific protocol to ensure your case is handled properly. The driver will report the closed office status back to the laboratory and place a blue sticker on the case indicating that the office was closed at the time of the attempted delivery.
The case is then returned to our laboratory, and our team will reschedule delivery for the next business day. For example, if delivery was attempted on a Friday and your office was closed, we would reschedule for Monday delivery.
If you know in advance that your office will be closed on a day when you are expecting a delivery, please contact us ahead of time so we can adjust the delivery schedule accordingly and avoid any delays in getting your case to you.
