How can I avoid the 2.9% credit card convenience fee?

There are two ways to avoid the 2.9% credit card convenience fee when paying ROE.

1. The first option is to sign up for ACH payments, which allow funds to be transferred directly from your bank account without any convenience fee.

2. The second option is to send check payments, which also do not incur any fees.

If you are currently paying by credit card and would like to switch to ACH payments, contact our billing department to make the change.

ACH enrollment forms are included in your onboarding package when you establish an account with us, but we can also provide these forms at any time upon request.

Making the switch to ACH can result in meaningful savings over time, especially for practices with higher monthly lab costs.
