Can we expedite online supply orders?

When you place an order through our web store, the default shipping method is ground shipping, which typically takes approximately one week for delivery. However, if you need your supplies sooner, faster delivery options are available.

After placing your online order, call the laboratory to request expedited shipping. Provide your order number so we can locate your purchase and coordinate faster delivery. Let us know when you need the items—for example, "I need these supplies by Monday"—and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Another convenient option is to have your online order included with a regular lab case delivery. If you have cases being returned to your office, we can add your supply order to that shipment, potentially getting your items to you faster without additional shipping costs.
